TARGET FORMATS

Our DTP staff would be pleased to take over the professional graphic design of your documents for you. For this purpose we would simply ask you to send us the desired texts and the associated graphic material (minimum resolution 300 dpi).

If our translations need to be incorporated into already existing graphics files (InDesign, QuarkXpress, PageMaker etc.), we would ask you to send us the original files. It does not matter to us whether your original files were created on a PC or Mac. Before sending us the files, please check that all the graphics have been properly embedded in the files. If individual fonts can not be transferred, we recommend that you send us a PDF file or printout as well as the original file.

Depending on the intended purpose for the files, delivery takes place in the following formats:

• Pre-press stage: For pre-press we normally supply your documents in high-resolution PDF, EPS or TIF format. You can then print or expose these formats easily, even if you do not have any special fonts. 
  
• In your DTP programme format: If the file we generate needs to be supplied in the same format as your original file (QuarkXPress, InDesign etc.), please let us know in advance what platform you use (PC or Mac) and what version of your DTP programme you use. In this way you will ensure that your system or DTP programme supports your desired language and you will be able to make further use of the file directly and without any additional modifications.
